COVENANT REVITALIZATION UPDATE

Dear Boca Pointe Owners:

As you know, the prior BPCA Board worked with the Sachs Sax Caplan law firm to revitalize our covenants and restrictions pursuant to the requirements set forth in Chapter 720 of the Florida Statutes. Unfortunately, the Revitalization Package submitted by the Sachs law firm was rejected by the Department of Commerce (DOC) through no fault of our community. The Sachs firm has offered to redo the legal portion and we are working through various channels to confirm when and how that will take place. In the interim, we wanted to alert you that a new revitalization package will be forthcoming and your expedient vote on that package is much appreciated. We also want to take this opportunity to thank our staff and the countless volunteers who worked tirelessly to get the vote out the first time. We can and will put the MRTA issue behind us so the Boca Pointe community remains the type of community you want to call home.
